Note: The 'Points Won/Lost' table shows the number of points that each team has 'won' or 'lost' when comparing the final result of each of the team's matches with the score in the 75th minute.

For example if a team scored the 2-0 in the 89th minute but had scored the 1-0 with an early goal during the firt half, then the Points Won column will not include extra points for this match as the team was already winning in the 75th minute.

However if a team was losing 0-1 since the 10th minute and managed to equalize on the 81st minute, then the team's Points Won column would count 1 extra point (the 1 point the draw has earned them in the end, minus the zero point they virtually had in the 75th minute when they were behind).
